This policy aims to initiate e-participation culture and practices in order to increase transparency and public participation in improving the quality of services of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industries (MAFI).

MAFI always recognizes public engagement to enable MAFI to explore broader perspectives, sources of information, and potential solutions to improve results and services. It also provides the foundation for productive relationships, better dialogue and discussion, and orderly governance.

The objective of this participation is to involve the people in the development policy and decision-making process through the use of information and communication technology. Among the communication channels used are Portal Polls, Public Participation, Portal Feedback (Feedback / inquiries / complaints / suggestions, Customer Satisfaction Survey and MAFI Social Media, namely Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube.

MAFI warmly welcomes participation by complying with the terms and conditions of participation that have been set as follows:

  1. Any statement that touches on racial, religious and political sensitivities is strictly prohibited.
  2. It is forbidden to bring down dignity, personal assault & issue statements that may offend other participants.
  3. Control your statement, avoid uttering abusive language and statehood.
  4. It is not recommended to chat or send sentences that run away from the main topic.
  5. Topics and links to PORN websites are strictly PROHIBITED.
  6. Make sure your statement / topic does not violate the rules of ‘COPYRIGHT LAW’, ‘TRADEMARK’, ‘PATENT’ and others.
  7. It is FORBIDDEN to use this Public Entry column as a place to run any contest, pyramid scheme, get rich quick scheme, internet money scheme, chain mail, junk e-mail either commercially or otherwise.

Online Public Engagement initiative that encourage public participation to give opinion and feedback for all drafts of new proposal or law amendment (including by-law, policy, rule and other), no matter whether new proposal or amendment need to be presented in Parliment or not.

Therefore, this website is prepared for public consultation and will display the drafts of amendments or newly formulated Legislations / policies Rules under this Ministry. Aduan berkaitan kandang lembu dan kambing yang berdekatan dengan rumah yang saya duduki sekarang, kandang tersebut sangat busuk dan menganggu saya serta jiran-jiran berdekatan.

Hasil pemeriksaan :

Kandang ternakan lembu fidlot (40 ekor) dan kambing (30 ekor). Lokasi kandang terletak anggaran 20 meter dari rumah awam. Status tanah adalah hak milik individu dan merupakan tanah pertanian.

 

Tindakan yang telah diambil :

Khidmat nasihat telah diberikan oleh pegawai dari Pejabat Perkhidmatan Veterinar Daerah Kuala Langat kepada pemilik kandang. Penternak perlu menggunakan produk EM untuk kegunaan mencuci kandang dengan lebih kerap supaya dapat mengurangkan masalah bau yang timbul. Kekerapan penyelenggaraan sistem saliran dan longkang perlu ditingkatkan dan diingatkan supaya memastikan kandang berada dalam keadaan bersih. Pemantauan akan dijalankan dari semasa ke semasa.

Aduan berkenaan kacau ganggu dan pencemaran bau akibat dari penternakan kambing biri-biri.

Tindakan pembetulan :

Memberi khidmat nasihat berkenaan cara penternakan yang baik serta cara untuk mengurangkan pencemaran bau.

Mencadangkan agar penternak memindahkan kandang bebiri beliau ke tempat lain yang lebih selamat dan tidak mendatangkan kacau ganggu.

Mencadangkan agar penternak membina reban ayam agar ayamnya tidak masuk ke kawasan rumah jiran sekitar.

 

Tindakan pencegahan :

Pihak Majlis Daerah Tumpat (MDT) telah mengeluarkan notis amaran kepada penternak tersebut pada 30 Mac 2021. Surat amaran pula telah dikeluarkan oleh MDT pada 4 April 2021.

Fmaju Trading

Pencemaran najis ternakan lembu, serta sisa aktiviti ternakan dibuang dan dialirkan ke anak sungai ini telah menyebabkan berlakunya pencemaran dan risiko wabak penyakit bawaan air kepada para pengunjung yang mandi di aliran sungai tersebut. Oleh demikian, saya berharap pihak Jabatan Perhutanan, Pejabat Daerah dan Tanah, Jabatan Perkhidmatan Veterinar, Jabatan Alam Sekitar dan Majlis Perbandaran Selayang dapat menjalankan pemeriksaan dan siasatan ke atas aduan saya ini agar tindakan dapat diambil pada segera ke atas aktiviti ternakan lembu di kawasan tersebut.

Semasa pemeriksaan dilakukan pada 2 Jun 2021, hanya terdapat tiga ekor lembu didalam kandang dan kandang tersebut telah di sita oleh Jabatan Perhutanan Negeri Selangor atas kesalahan memasuki dan menjalankan aktiviti di dalam hutan simpan kekal Negeri Selangor. Najis ternakan juga dikumpul didalam guni untuk dijadikan baja.

 

Khidmat nasihat telah diberi oleh pegawai dari PPVD Gombak kepada pekerja ladang untuk memastikan kandang tersebut sentiasa berada dalam keadaan yang bersih dan najis tidak mencemar sungai. Tindakan selanjutnya akan dilaksanakan oleh Jabatan Perhutanan Negeri Selangor.
